Spicy Greens and toasted seeds make a great 15 minute Potluck Dish!!

It takes 12 minutes to make an amazing and healthy bowl of greens to take as a side to a BBQ or potluck.

Sauté Chard and Collard greens with garlic, diced onions, and a little h2o. Add leftover quinoa (black beans, lentils, or any other heathy and nutrient-rich filler) with spicy vinegar, hot pepper flakes, paprika, sriracha, and sea salt. Top greens with toasted pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds–then go to the party and wow peoples buds!
