Superb Green Smoothie

A green smoothie is a no-brainer. It’s packed with phytonutrients and vitamins, can be made in 2 minutes and boosts your energy! This particular green smoothie is sweet, creamy and has a hint of spice/tang from the fresh ginger. I am telling you, try this! Give yourself a treat.

Tip: Frozen kale, frozen spinach, and next time your bananas are turning too ripe–chop them up and freeze them too!

  1. 1/2 cup spinach
  2. 1/2 cup kale
  3. 1 1/2 cup coco h20 (Amy and Brian’s is my favorite)
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  6. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
