Food Coaching for a cause

My wonderful cousin called me the other day and said she could use some help. She wanted to understand how to eat, shop, and cook healthier and needed to start immediately…I couldn’t wait as well because this is my single most favorite thing to do.

We met and had a beautiful lunch at Thyme and Dough (a quaint and cozy cafe in Dripping Springs) and discussed, in detail, a list of questions. We talked about her expectations, why she wanted to change her current eating habits, her likes and dislikes, allergies, and then….we had a cupcake.

After the cupcake we were off to the store where we read labels, talked about nutrition, and discussed how we could use the assorted items and ingredients at home.

We then headed to her house to practice some easy and healthy recipes.
