Austin’s Bouldin Creek Cafe has an amazing menu of both vegan and vegetarian selections for breakfast, lunch, snacking, and dinner. There servers are super lovely and their food is even lovelier.
Mark and I always stick to the same two things:
Andi: Veggie plate with grilled zucchini, hummus, sautéed spinach, asian slaw, whole-wheat pita wedges, and tons of Valentina sauce!
Mark: Cool Summer Veggie Sammich—add hummus!
Consistently, we both leave with incredibly satisfied bellies.
