Hawaii Times: Beautiful food, Beautiful land

I can’t help but think back to the farm where Mark and I spent three months working and learning about organic gardening and sustainable living. Looking at the land we were on and the food that it produces leaves no wonder why the meals we created were inspirational, healthy, and delicious.

I think everyone would agree that once you play a role in the process of growing, planting, or picking fresh organic foods–the simple taste of that fruit or vegetable will change your food and cooking experience for good.
