Quick celebration for having a wonderful and food-conscious husband.
Mark was on dinner duty last night and made a very colorful, simple, fresh and SCRUMPTIOUS meal: Baked sweet p’s, Canadian wild rice with ginger, red lentils, steamed broccoli and kale with walnuts, fresh tomatoes and fresh cucumbers!!! I was in heaven. He said he didn’t feel this meal needed any fancy seasonings or spices- and he was right, it was great with just the naturally occurring flavors.
So thankful for him and his desire to eat garden goods, to cook in the kitchen and to have fun while doing it.
