Game Night-Healthy-Taco Salad!

Great salad for the last Spurs game night:( Or any night! And ready in 10 minutes!

Put in a bowl and toss it…top with crushed tortilla chips and served with toasted whole grain tortillas and salsa!

Ingredients:

-Spring mix
-Sliced grape tomatoes
-Red onions
-Pinto beans
-Garbanzo bean
-Avocado chucks
-Red cabbage
-Cilantro
-Milled flax seed
-Small handful of crushed chips (El Milagro)
-Seasonings: *chili powder *Tony’s no-salt creole*oregano
-A touch of Texas Red Stinger (or any pepper sauce-tabasco/cholula)
