Burrito Tapas, that’s right!

Homemade refried beans+spicy sweet potatoes+fresh green onions+baby spinach+Mark’s roasted salsa+browed garlic and rosemary purple potatoes+Zucchini and carrots+tortillas= Killer burritos!

The key to making burrito tapas is to have small plates of different dishes (simple and easy dishes) in which you use to make your perfect burrito. Salsa, beans, and good toasted tortillas are a must.

Burrito tapas menu:

1)Zucchini and carrots: bake on 400 for 8-10 mins. Keep them crunchy. A little jalapeño vinegar, pepper, and a dash salt

2)Basil spicy Sweet potatoes: 1 capful of EVOO in the pan, fiesta seasoning, sriracha, fresh herbs (basil goes on after you bake them) salt, pepper, and dash balsamic. Cook for 30 mins on 400 and flip 1-2 times.

3)Homemade refried beans (garbanzo, black beans, salt, cumin, chili powder, dash jalapeño vinegar, and nutritional yeast in the magic bullet then warmed on the skillet)

4)Purple potatoes with rosemary and garlic: boil potatoes for 8-10 mins. Sauté them with garlic, a little water, rosemary, crushed red pepper, and paprika

5) Homemade salsa: Roasted tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Fresh cilantro. Salt. Jalapeños!

6)Good tortillas. Toast ’em!
